Welcome to Coral Beach Villas. By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must not damage or misuse any villa property, furniture, or amenities.
- Any damage or loss will be compensated by the guest as per Coral Beach management’s assessment.
Code of Conduct
- Guests must maintain decorum and avoid loud noise or parties after 10:00 PM.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. A ₹5,000 penalty applies for violations.
Safety & Supervision
- Guests must supervise children at all times, especially around pools and terraces.
- Usage of amenities is at the guest's own risk. Coral Beach is not liable for accidents due to negligence or unsafe behavior.
Prohibited Activities
- Carrying, using, or storing drugs, narcotics, or banned substances is strictly prohibited.
- Possession will lead to immediate eviction.
- Weapons and unlawful activities are not permitted.
Personal Belongings
- Coral Beach is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to unattended belongings.
Liability Waiver
- Guests indemnify Coral Beach, its staff, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising during or after the stay.
