Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy on refunds and cancellations:
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 3 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 2 within days of check-in may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 days business days via the original payment method.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), refund decisions will be made at Coral Beach’s discretion.
